Responsibilities

As a Securities Litigation Paralegal, you will support a team of litigators on high-profile, document-intensive matters. Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing all phases of litigation, including document review, discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial activities.
2. Organizing and maintaining case files, pleadings, and exhibits.
3. Assisting attorneys with SEC filings, subpoenas, motions, and court documents.
4. Handling e-discovery processes using industry-standard platforms.
5. Coordinating with clients, experts, and vendors.
6. Preparing deposition and trial binders and supporting attorneys in court.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate.
2. At least 3 years of experience as a Paralegal in Securities or complex Commercial Litigation.
3. Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures.
4. Proficiency in litigation support software and e-Discovery tools.
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
