• Barred in Washington State or eligible to sit for/waive into the next Bar exam.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal matters and provide strategic legal advice.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in securities litigation cases and related regulatory matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Prepare and present oral arguments in court and administrative hearings.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and other attorneys on case strategies.
