Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• Three to five years of securities litigation experience.
• Experience with securities class actions or related mergers/derivatives disputes.
• Experience handling internal, government, and regulatory investigations.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in securities class actions, derivative lawsuits, merger litigation, and related disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze factual records to support case strategy and client advice.
• Support discovery, document review, and preparation for depositions, hearings, and trial.
• Assist with internal, government, and regulatory investigations involving alleged securities law violations.
• Support advocacy before regulators to minimize or avoid enforcement actions.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, clients, and other stakeholders across matters.
• Manage assignments, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining accuracy.
