Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. is seeking an Edge Computing Embedded Engineer to design and deploy resilient compute for missions that can’t wait.

You will integrate CPUs, GPUs, TPUs, and FPGAs into rugged edge platforms, optimize AI for real-time inference, and harden solutions against cyber and physical threats. Two or more years in software development and embedded systems, plus experience with C/C++, Rust, Python, and GitLab CI/CD, are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software development and embedded systems.
• 2+ years of experience integrating CPUs, GPUs, TPUs, or FPGAs into edge pipelines.
• Experience with zero-trust designs for isolation, hardening, and least privileged run-times, and designing packaged edge stacks that sync to the cloud but operate independently at the tactical edge.
• Experience with programming languages such as C or C++, Rust, and Python.
• Experience with containerization technologies, micro-service network architecture, and CI/CD tools, including GitLab.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products.
• Experience in creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative, cross-functional team.
• Knowledge of the broader ecosystem and technical environment of software programming.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
