Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond is seeking a highly skilled Network Automation Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of secure automation solutions across our enterprise network. You will champion secure-by-design automation capabilities that enhance resiliency, auditability, and operational excellence.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, security, and compliance teams to shape the automation roadmap and ensure compliant change execution at scale.

Qualifications

• 6–9+ years of relevant experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience owning a product roadmap and driving technical initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across engineering, security, compliance, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for secure automation across network environments.
• Partner with network engineering, security, and compliance teams to design automation workflows that meet governance and audit standards.
• Oversee network-as-code, intent-based networking, and policy-driven automation platforms.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, security partners, and risk stakeholders to ensure alignment on design and priorities.
• Champion safe experimentation with sandbox environments before production rollout.
