Job summary

CNA Corporation in Arlington, VA seeks an AI & Cybersecurity Solutions Analyst to bridge AI development with secure-by-design principles across the full lifecycle. You will collaborate with AI teams, cybersecurity specialists, and business stakeholders to assess requirements, prototype solutions, and contribute to secure deployment.

The role involves evaluating security risks, documenting architectures, and providing technical guidance on AI capabilities that meet both functional and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years in IT, cybersecurity, and/or AI/ML development with projects.
• Experience with cloud AI services and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI development teams to design, prototype, and test AI/ML solutions with security in mind.
• Contribute to the technical implementation of AI models and automation workflows.
• Perform security assessments of AI systems across the development lifecycle.
• Work with cybersecurity teams to implement controls, monitoring, and incident response.
• Evaluate third-party AI tools for security posture and integration requirements.
• Document architectures, data flows, and security controls for AI implementations.
• Prepare technical reports and recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Serve as a technical liaison between AI, cybersecurity, and business units.
