Job summary

CNA Corporation is seeking an AI & Cybersecurity Solutions Analyst to bridge AI development and security. The role focuses on secure-by-design AI, risk assessment, and collaboration with AI and cybersecurity teams to deliver compliant solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in IT/cybersecurity/AI, cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), and strong ML framework knowledge. Telecommuting or hybrid work options are available, with security clearances as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years IT/cybersecurity/AI/ML development experience with AI/ML projects.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and model development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI teams to design, prototype, and test secure AI/ML solutions.
• Contribute to technical implementation of AI models, automation, and intelligent systems.
• Perform security assessments across the AI development lifecycle and implement security controls.
