Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a Loss Prevention Manager to oversee safety and security for guests, staff and property at our New York property. You will mentor a security team and ensure vigilant, calm operations across a 24-hour schedule.

We value thoughtful leadership, experience in safety and security, and the ability to stay composed under pressure. A post-secondary diploma or related certifications are a plus as you help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• Passionate about safety and security with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma, degree or industry-related certifications would be a plus.
• Experience in safety and security operations, a team player, detail oriented.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Salary Range: $75k-$80k
