Harley Ellis Devereaux (HED) seeks a Sector Pursuit Specialist to coordinate proposals and pursuit materials for a key sector. You will collaborate with Sector Marketing Manager, Sector Leaders, and SDLs to deliver brand-aligned, high-impact materials that elevate HED's competitive positioning.

Responsibilities include managing RFQ/RFP responses, tailoring proposals to client needs, and maintaining libraries with proof points. Hybrid work with in-office collaboration is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience as a marketing coordinator or related position in AEC industry.
• Excellent organization, project management, and writing/editing skills.
• Intermediate experience with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.

Position Summary:

The Sector Pursuit Specialist leads the coordination and customization of proposals, presentations, and other pursuit materials for a specific sector. This role works closely with the Sector Marketing Manager, Sector Leaders, and Strategy & Development Leaders (SDLs) to deliver timely, brand-aligned, and high-impact materials that elevate HED's positioning in competitive pursuits.

Essential Functions:

• Manage RFQ/RFP responses, coordinating content and schedules with sector leads

• Maintain proposal templates and libraries with updated proof points

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to effectively communicate in writing and verbally via phone, video conferencing, and in person
• Visual acuity to perform responsibilities
