Orange County Transportation Authority seeks a procurement leader to oversee agency procurement of goods and services, including consultant services and contract transportation. The role requires managing to federal and state laws, coordinating with DBE goals, and guiding a team to ensure compliance and quality across all procurements.

Under general guidance, supervises the procurement of goods and services through the use of procurement personnel assigned to support specific agency business units. Manages the procurement process which may include acquisition of commodities, consultant services, contract transportation, and other external goods and services.
This is an exempt position in Salary Grade 235: Min $131,123.20– Mid $156,644.80– Max $182,145.60 annually. The starting salary will be within this range based on qualifications.

Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with a minimum of six years experience in procurement and contracts. Three years of previous management experience preferred.
