• Oversee the delivery of hematology and oncology services across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the Hematology/Oncology team to foster collaboration and excellence.
• Drive patient-centered care with emphasis on education, prevention, and coordinated care for veterans.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical performance and outcomes.
• Support education and research by mentoring residents, fellows, and medical students.
• Coordinate care with other services to develop individualized treatment plans for veterans.
