Performs secretarial and administrative support services for assigned physicians, faculty, or medical service line chiefs. The role requires thorough knowledge of medical office procedures and UMMHC administrative practices. Duties involve interfacing with faculty, medical staff, patients, and various administrative personnel, requiring tact and diplomacy. May coordinate medical office activities and staff.
Sign-on Bonus: $3,000
Preferred Experience: Cardiology experience is preferred.

Experience/Skills:
Proficiency in software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases, Medi-Tech, IDX, Lynx, etc. is required. Equivalent education and experience may be considered if certification or licensure is not required.
