Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Systems Administrator in Windows and Linux environments.
• Active United States citizenship and a DoD Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Certifications: CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft Certified: Windows Server 2019.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain system software and infrastructure per standards.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Implement and maintain system security measures to protect sensitive data.
• Perform updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity.
• Manage user accounts and permissions across operating systems and applications.
• Conduct system audits and generate reports to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Collaborate with network and application teams to support integrated solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users as needed.
