Job summary

PingWind is seeking a Development Lead to provide technical leadership for PAE Fires software design, development, testing, deployment, sustainment, and modernization in secure enterprise environments.

The role serves as a technical POC for government applications, leads development across GOTS/MOTS/COTS solutions, and ensures applications remain secure, available, and aligned with business and mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience across full software lifecycle in secure enterprise environments.
• DoD/government security standards and RMF familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and modernization of software applications.
• Serve as technical POC for government applications and platforms.
• Direct software and enterprise/app development activities; ensure secure coding practices.
• Coordinate releases across development, staging, and production environments.
