Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is hiring a Portal System Administrator to support web-based applications for federal agencies. You will build site concepts, architect web interfaces, and implement integrations with backend systems, ensuring secure, reliable access and strong SAP-related experience.

The role requires strong coding skills in Java and familiarity with a broad set of web technologies, including SAP tools, and managing Windows, Unix, and Linux servers.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows and Linux server environments hosting enterprise apps in Federal environments.
• Hands-on administration and support of Control‑M (EM support: job scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting).
• Experience with production systems and formal change, incident, and problem management processes.
• Ability to monitor, log, and tune performance for multiple applications.
• Experience supporting enterprise SAP applications and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of web-based applications and online customer service platforms.
• Develop site concepts, interface designs, and web architectures for new and existing apps.
• Implement and support integrations to ensure seamless operation across systems.
• Administer and maintain Project Office Portal, CRDB, LDAP, Fortify, BI/EDW, BOBJ, ESS/MSS, MII, and Web Dynpro Apps.
• Manage and support Amazon WorkSpaces and related cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain apps using ASP, JavaScript, Visual Basic, HTML, and DBMS tech (Oracle, Sybase).
• Write and optimize SQL queries in SQL Server and Oracle.
• Ensure security with Kerberos, protocols, and SAP security roles.
