SMX is hiring a Junior Project Analyst to support a fast-paced systems modernization program. You will help document processes, track milestones, coordinate workshops, and support testing with defect tracking.

A critical requirement is an active U.S. Secret Clearance and 2+ years in business process implementation and functional design, with experience in Army business processes. SMX offers benefits including health insurance, paid leave, and retirement, salary range $78,200–$130,300 USD.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret Clearance (or higher) required.
• 2+ years of experience in business process implementation and solutioning.
• 2+ years of experience with functional design.
• Experience with Army Business Processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in documenting operational business processes, technical requirements, and stakeholder meeting outcomes.
• Maintain and organize key project artifacts, including status reports, project schedules, risk registers, and executive briefings.
• Coordinate daily project activities, schedule technical workshops, and track critical action items across engineering and functional teams.
• Support the testing team by helping to prepare test scenarios, document test execution results, and track software defect resolutions.
