Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Power Platform Developer and Innovation Specialist to modernize front-office processes for a federal DOW client. You will design and build the document management architecture, automated workflows, AI configurations, and data capabilities spanning a multi-milestone delivery cycle.

The role works in a lean, agile team, translating executive workflows into testable increments across Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. Active SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Power Platform solutions.
• Ability to translate executive workflows into testable increments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for task routing, approvals, and exceptions.
• Automate document detection, ingestion, and summarization into SharePoint for centralized knowledge.
• Design SharePoint as a centralized repository with metadata, libraries, and permissions.
• Create intake tools via Microsoft Forms or Canvas Apps with guided workflows.
• Develop Canvas Apps with user-friendly UX, connected to Dataverse, SharePoint, and external data sources.
• Implement RBAC, row-level security, and table permissions.
• Configure AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI for document summarization and task prediction.
• Support Power BI dashboards for executive visibility into sprint progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in agile ceremonies and ensure DON security compliance.
