Qualifications

• Proficient in Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Reporting and data visualization using Power Apps and reports.
• Develop and support Power Apps and Power BI to streamline operations.
• Create weekly briefs and reports for Command leadership.
• Support POA&M tracking and execution.
• Assist Division Manager and team with governance tasks.
• Coordinate meeting agendas, deliverables, minutes, and metrics.
• Manage data gathering, scheduling, and document editing.
• Analyze budgets and funding statuses and report findings.
