Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking financial management professionals to support a DoD client, bringing extensive experience in accounting, audit, internal controls, and process improvement. Candidates must hold an active and maintained SECRET clearance and have at least five years of federal audit remediation and controls testing experience.

Minimum 2 days onsite; opportunities to work with a broader team on compliance, reporting, and ERP-related cross-functional initiatives across the DoD landscape.

Qualifications

• Active Secret federal clearance is required and maintained.
• Experience supporting federal audit remediation, business process mapping, and internal controls testing.
• Strong knowledge of DoD financial management concepts and government accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Support DoD financial management with accounting, audit, budgeting, and reporting tasks.
• Engage in risk assessment, control testing, and remediation planning across programs.
• Contribute to process mapping, communication, and continuous improvement efforts.
