CohesionForce, Inc. in Huntsville, AL seeks a seasoned DevSecOps Engineer to join our security-focused team.

You will work independently on large projects and, at times, collaborate with other DevSecOps engineers and program teams to implement threat modeling, risk assessment, code reviews, and secure deployment practices across CI/CD pipelines. Experience with virtualization (VMware), cloud technologies, shell scripting (Python/PowerShell), and DoD credentials is required.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 7+ years or Bachelor’s with 9+ years experience.
• IAM Level III DoDI 8570 certification.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies, especially VMware, and CI/CD pipeline architecture.
• 3–5 years experience with Cloud technologies.
• 3–5 years experience with CI environments in network/software/platform automation.
• Experience with Linux/UNIX or Windows system administration.
• Experience with shell scripting languages (Python, PowerShell).
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Responsabilités

• Work independently on large projects and in team settings with other DevSecOps engineers and program teams.
• Provide security in DevSecOps, threat modeling, risk assessment, code reviews, and deployment best practices.
• Select and deploy automated application security testing tools and educate users on security features.
