Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Associate Classified Cybersecurity Analyst to support information system lifecycle activities on-site full-time. The role requires a current U.S. Government Secret security clearance and compliance with RMF and government policy.

The position covers audits, assessments, risk documentation, and coordination with government authorities. A Bachelor's or higher in cybersecurity or related field is preferred, with certifications such as Security+ CE

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor's degree with 0 years of experience; OR an Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience; OR a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience is required
• Candidates must meet U.S. Government 8140 requirements for Associate Classified Cybersecurity Analyst – IAM Level I (example: Security+ CE)
• Candidates must have a current U.S. Government Secret security clearance (at a minimum) to be considered
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field preferred
• Security+ CE and RMF knowledge encouraged

Responsibilities

• Conduct system audits and continuous monitoring activities across security controls and configurations
• Assess systems and networks to identify deviations from policies
• Analyze to validate security requirements and recommend safeguards
• Support government policy implementation and process tailoring
• Assist in Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) activities and documentation
• Prepare Risk Management Framework evidence
