Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions in Fort Walton Beach, FL, is seeking a Secret Cleared Cost Analyst to join a highly classified government program. This is a full-time, on-site role in Fort Walton Beach.

Responsibilities include developing cost models, estimating methodologies, and translating complex data into actionable briefings for senior leadership. Must possess 5+ years in cost analysis and an active secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cost analysis, strategic pricing, or earned value.
• Experience developing robust products such as Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCEs), Independent Cost Estimates (ICEs), and rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates, using an array of estimating methodologies
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance (or higher).

Responsibilities

• Developing cost models and other tools.
• Modifying products or developing holistic models in a cost program.
• Rapidly derive customized pricing and cost solutions as requested by program stakeholders.
• Partner with systems engineers, logisticians, and program managers to interpret technical specifications and risks in estimating methodologies.
• Collect, verify, and normalize large sets of historical data, and apply inflation indices, learning curves, and advanced risk or uncertainty distributions.
• Translate complex/quantitative data and financial models into clear, actionable briefings and reports for senior leadership.
