Job summary

LivePerson is a leading Conversational AI company delivering digital experiences for global brands. This role focuses on IT and security operations, vulnerability testing, and incident investigations to protect data and systems.

You will work with SecOps and IT teams to harden cloud and on‑premise infrastructure, monitor alerts, and document SOPs. Strong English communication and experience in SAAS security are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in system security engineering or information security engineering.
• Experience building and maintaining both internal and external systems.
• Operating system security for all platforms.
• Cloud security, networking technologies, and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT and security operations support to ensure performance, confidentiality, integrity and availability.
• Document, monitor and report on security systems and processes to ensure data integrity and security.
• Evaluate and select tools with teams to fit company needs.
• Test and maintain security solutions to align with best practices.
• Collaborate with IT and System teams on hardening and configuration management for cloud and infrastructure.
• Analyze transactional data and logs to identify malicious or anomalous activity.
• Be available for on-call rotations.
