Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
  • Current and valid PA clearances (PA Criminal History, Child Abuse, FBI Fingerprint).
  • Ability to manage classroom behaviors and support trauma-informed practices.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Effective lesson planning and differentiation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with Pennsylvania Common Core Standards
  • Use varied instructional strategies to support diverse learners
  • Create and adapt engaging instructional materials suitable for multiple academic levels
  • Design and administer formative and summative assessments
  • Track and communicate student progress effectively with staff, families, and support services
