J & O Plastics is seeking a Manufacturing Operator-Secondary Operations Associate to join a growing plastics manufacturing team in Ohio. You will perform assembly tasks under the supervision of the Secondary Operations Supervisor and participate in a pack-out line to prepare complete sets for customers.

The role emphasizes reliable teamwork, adherence to safety guidelines, and quality standards while operating basic tools and maintaining a clean work environment.

Reporting to the Secondary Operations Supervisor our Secondary Operations Associates are responsible the completed assembly for one of our customers. They are also pivotal in working as a team on a pack out line completing sets for our customers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ability to use tools such as mallets, drill press and rivet gun
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Following rules and regulations/safety guidelines
• Willingness to work with others in a team environment
• Performs other duties as assigned.
