Qualifications

  • Must perform MIG and TIG welding with accuracy and repeatability.
  • Follows drawings and build sheets; uses fixtures and jigs for manufacturability.
  • Willing to assist with fixture design and pattern creation for cross-functional support.

Responsibilities

  • Weld steel and aluminum to spec per build sheet.
  • Fabricate chassis components and related parts.
  • Create, maintain, and label patterns, fixtures, and jigs for repeatable quality.
  • Assist with parts disposition and scheduling to meet build deadlines.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in a clean, safe condition.
  • Perform measurements with micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.
