Job summary

Bosch seeks a Point Leader to support warehouse operations on the Robert Bosch team in El Paso, TX. You will supervise a group of associates, ensure procedures are followed, and partner with the Supervisor to meet service levels while upholding safety and quality.

This role requires second shift work, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and experience with Microsoft Office. Prior forklift or pallet jack experience is preferred; automotive industry familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 1+ Years of experience in Warehouse environment
• 1+ Years of experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
• Forklift or pallet jack experience
• Experience in Automotive Industry
• Experience in leading small teams

Responsibilities

• Ensure standard procedures are followed in all warehouse activities
• Work with Supervisor to ensure associates have the resources in place to deliver against required service levels efficiently and effectively
• Participate in performance improvement activities
• Communicating effectively with internal and external customers
