Job summary

Camfil USA Inc. in Conover, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift) to ensure complete and accurate customer orders. The role involves operating warehouse equipment like pallet jacks, barcode scanners, and wrapper machines to build and ship the correct orders.

The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, working with inventory management systems, and being able to work daily/weekly overtime. Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of stable work history.
• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be comfortable using a band saw.
• Ability to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Organization and inventory accuracy for the warehouse.
• Pulling orders, palletizing, shrink wrapping, loading trucks.
• Filling in for Delivery drivers occasionally.
• Unloading palletized and loose filters from inbound vendors and putting stock away.
• Fabrication of custom filters and filter pads using a band saw.
• Using Camfil’s MRP system to adjust Inventory and ship/receive.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures.
• Overtime availability daily/weekly.
• Cross-train in other positions within the facility.
