Job summary

Glovis America, Inc. is seeking a focused PDI inspector to complete daily inspection procedures for the VPC department in line with GPMS guidelines and customer expectations. The role requires overtime availability and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

The position is based in Port Hueneme, CA, offering shift premium on 2nd shift and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and tuition programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. required; valid driver’s license required.
• 3 years experience in automotive, manufacturing, or processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify all PIO codes match work order and Monroney label.
• Inspect vehicle for damage and report quality concerns to supervisor.
• Ensure VIN matches the work order and pillar B panel.
• Verify interior is clean and free of debris; maintain vehicle condition.
• Drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Complete all PDI paperwork; use scanners/tablets and asset retention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
