Job summary

The Maryland Pharmacy Solutions Group is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for the second shift (4pm-1am) in Glen Burnie, MD. You will oversee prescriptions, counsel facility staff and residents, and supervise pharmacy technicians while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Licensed and registered pharmacists are required; LTC experience and knowledge of FrameworkLTC are a plus. This full-time role offers competitive wages, PTO, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) with employer

Qualifications

• Licensed and registered pharmacist in good standing.
• Long Term Care experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of FrameworkLTC software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions filled.
• Provide customer service and healthcare counseling to staff and residents.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff on duty.
• Train, coach, and manage pharmacy associates with the PIC.
• Maintain security of the Pharmacy department and comply with laws.
