Job summary

JobSquad is seeking a 2nd Shift Shredder Maintenance Technician in Rogers, Arkansas. Under supervision, you will assist with repairs, setup, welding, lubrication, and routine maintenance on shredders, balers, conveyors, and related machinery.

The role requires a high school diploma and up to six months related experience; ability to obtain lift operator certification; valid driver's license may be required. Compensation is $17 to $19 per hour, Monday–Friday, 3 pm to 11 pm or later.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Up to six months of related experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain lift equipment operator’s certificate.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on shredders, balers, conveyors.
• Set and adjust bearings, belts, drives, and idlers.
• Assist with moving parts and tools.
• Disassemble and reassemble machines.
• Operate local pickup vehicle and lift equipment as needed.
• Complete required paperwork and document work.
