Job summary

Trelleborg is seeking a dedicated production worker for the second shift at our Mason City, Iowa facility. You will assist in manufacturing processes, operate machinery, and ensure timely production of our rubber compounds for US and international needs.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and good teamwork and communication skills. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus; forklift operation may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively.
• Ability to meet physical demands (standing, walking, lifting up to 40 lbs).
• Forklift operation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment used in production (weighing, extruder, batch off, cutter).
• Follow production schedules to meet timelines.
• Monitor lines and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform quality checks to ensure standards.
• Package finished products per procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols.
