Job summary

Meijer Inc. in Lancaster, OH is seeking a store team member to stock shelves, move products from pallets to shelves, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.

Overnight shifts help prepare the store for the day ahead and ensure customer needs are met with efficiency and care. You’ll work with leadership to meet deadlines, use basic technology, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on accuracy, safety, and friendly customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Comfortable learning and using basic technology.
• Organized and efficient with processes.
• Able to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy being part of a team and supporting shared goals.
• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move products from pallets or carts to correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back-room areas.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
