HiTHIUM is seeking a 2nd Shift Quality Control Technician in Forney, TX. The role focuses on inspecting and testing incoming materials, measuring product specs, and upholding quality standards.

You will maintain records, support audits, and ensure SOP adherence in a high-tech manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, using calipers and micrometers, and coordinating with engineering for process improvements while maintaining a safe work area and accurate

Qualificações

• High School Diploma with 2–5 years of quality inspections in a high-tech manufacturing environment or equivalent.
• Experience in ISO 9001 or IATF16949 certified companies and knowledge of quality control principles.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• Ability to follow standardized work and SOPs without deviation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and measure materials and products, verify specifications, and reject nonconforming items.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and non-conformances.
• Support material handling, physical inventory, documentation verification, and ISO audits.
• Create process documents as needed and support engineering reviews.
• Ensure SOPs and work instructions are followed; maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Participate in special projects as assigned by supervisor.
