Job summary

Seaman Corporation’s Lightweight Manufacturing division seeks a Production Team Member for the second shift. You will learn all facets of the production process, assisting operators, handling materials, and gaining skills on RF equipment appropriate to fabric panel production.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify).
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Move, cut, inspect, pack materials as part of daily production tasks.
• Support machine operation and workflow on the production line.
• Learn blueprint reading and operate RF equipment independently.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following established safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production throughput.
