Designs for Health is hiring a Production Technician on the second shift to keep our line running smoothly and safely. You will operate, set up, and maintain production equipment, following GMP and safety standards while hitting daily goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to lift 50–75 lbs.
• A team-oriented mindset and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and maintain production equipment within your department.
• Follow GMP, SOP, and food safety standards to ensure the highest quality products.
• Meet daily production goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform weights, measures, and quality checks with attention to detail.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Collaborate with your team to meet shared goals and support other departments when needed.
• Uphold excellent attendance and punctuality.
