Parker Plastics, a stable manufacturing company with over 30 years of success, is hiring a dependable Production Supervisor to join our Wisconsin team. This full‑time role offers shift options of 8.5–9 hours, a temperature-controlled environment, and comprehensive benefits.

The supervisor will lead production employees, enforce GMP, HACCP, and safety programs, and drive continuous improvement on the floor. A hands-on leader with strong communication skills is ideal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions in English and/or Spanish.
• 5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and demonstrate strong leadership.
• Hands-on approach with floor-level engagement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees on the designated shift.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety & Food Quality, SOPs, HACCP, and safety programs.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and timely reporting.
• Provide training to shift personnel for optimum performance.
• Champion safety initiatives and maintain a safe work environment.
• Lead by example, enforce safety regulations, and address unsafe acts.
• Maintain production schedules and staffing levels.
• Review timecards and prepare daily production reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
