Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Experience supervising manufacturing/production.
• Excellent problem solving and conflict management skills.
• Effective communication with teams and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operation of the production shift.
• Achieve quality, cost efficiency and on-time output in a lean environment.
• Drive change in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Interact with Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and CI.
• Communicate goals and plant initiatives with leadership and staff.
• Engage in training, development, and positive employee relations.
