Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing work experience.
• Ability to follow operational instructions and supervisor directions.
• Comfort working in a production environment and performing physical tasks.
• Strong attention to safety and proper PPE use.
• Ability to perform visual quality checks and report issues.
• Willingness to support housekeeping and general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery and perform loading/unloading of materials.
• Operate equipment associated with producing units and material handling.
• Follow safety policies, wear PPE, ensure machine guards and safety features work.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products as needed.
• Perform visual inspections to help ensure quality and maintain cleanliness.
