Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to help build better homes in a clean, temperature-controlled facility. No experience? Hands-on training and support are provided to grow, advance and build a career you’re proud of.

Also we encourage Spanish speakers to apply, with resources for learning English as a second language. Schedule options include Monday–Thursday 5:00 am–3:30 pm (Pay: $18.50 per hour) and Evening shift 3:30 pm–1:30 am (Pay $21.50 per hour), with mandatory overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use tools and automated equipment to assemble products - drilling, measuring, cutting and more.
• Follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen to gather parts and keep production moving.
• Partner with your supervisor to solve mechanical or material challenges quickly.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
