Qualified candidates will have an Associate's degree, mechanical aptitude for pumps and tanks, and at least 1 year of foreman experience. The position includes a 90-day probation with potential salary increases.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Mechanical aptitude for pumps, hoses, air compressors, tankers and trucks.
• Minimum 1 year of foreman experience.
• Ability to drive company vehicles.
• Reliable and accurate reporting skills.
• Positive work ethic.
• Willingness to work in a hot and greasy environment.
• Willing to work inside and outside in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations on the plant floor.
• Directly manage, coordinate, and lead 4–8 employees on the second shift.
• Enforce all plant safety regulations, ensure SOP adherence, and maintain a hazard-free work environment
• Other duties as assigned
