Job summary

Little Caesars Pizza is seeking team members to deliver great guest experiences across roles like Dough Person, Shakerboarder, or Guest Service Specialist. You’ll focus on hot, fresh food, fast service, and happy guests.

Second Shift availability is required; hours explained at hire. Responsibilities include prepping, cooking, and serving food, achieving high customer satisfaction, and thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Prep, cook, and serve food.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Work in a fast pace, team-oriented environment.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
• Must be able to see sufficiently to maintain safety and determine product quality, service and cleanliness.
• Must have mobility to get to multiple stations within the restaurant.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to count, separate and weight all types of food products and inventory items.
• Must be able to withstand 90 degree + heat in the summer and below freezing in the winter.
• Must be able to "Shakerboard" by working outside holding a sign and shaking it.
• Must be able to work with 650 degree oven temperatures.
• Must be able to follow directions and communicate with customers, crew and management.
• The ability to process and complete customer orders, including counting money and processing credit card transactions properly.
