Job summary

Key Personnel is seeking a 2nd shift Operator (FF6) in Holland, MI to join a local northside automotive manufacturer’s North Plant. The role involves standing for long periods, fast-paced assembly, and hand-assembling mirrors by snapping parts together.

The position requires flexibility to work up to 10-hour days and supports a temp-to-hire pathway. The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to read and write in English, plus good teamwork and communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated good communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team.
• Ability to operate within production and quality standards; operate/equip with fork-lift, hand tools, machinery.

Responsibilities

• Must be willing to stand in one spot for long periods.
• Face paced work.
• Snapping parts to assemble mirrors by hand.
