Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education required.
• Minimum 12 months’ experience in a medical device or other regulated manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly with team members.
• Ability to work second shift hours and overtime/weekends as needed.
• Able to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures and SOPs.
• Ability to work in a clean room environment and wear PPE as required.
• Comfortable handling hazardous chemicals with appropriate safety measures.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to produce medical devices per specifications.
• Follow manufacturing instructions and update job documentation for traceability.
• Adhere to GMP and good documentation practices.
• Set up, verify, and tear down equipment before/after processing.
• Prepare production materials and line-clearance documents.
• Perform manufacturing tasks including fabrication, testing, packaging, labeling.
• Document production activities in lot history records.
• Clean equipment and production area after use.
• Analyze data as needed and troubleshoot issues.
• Work with chemicals and powders in a lab environment.
• Coordinate transfer, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste per regulations.
