John F. Martin & Sons, LLC is hiring for a second shift meat packaging laborer at the Stevens location. You will work in a fast-paced production environment performing manual labor across all packaging areas.

Qualifications

• Must lift 30–40 lbs frequently and move heavy meat cages.
• Assist in multiple departments as needed and follow safety rules.
• Document production activities in the Product Traceability Computer System.
• Maintain a neat, hazard-free work area.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance.
• Follow instructions and procedures.
• Understand health and safety and basic hygiene rules.
• Maintain concentration for repetitive tasks.
• Exhibit accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work well in a team and be willing to flex shifts.

Responsibilities

• Mark product bins, cages, and carts with identifying codes.
• Lift 30–40 lbs frequently and handle heavy cages.
• Document production activities in the traceability system.
• Keep work area neat, clean, and hazard-free.
