Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation is seeking a Material Handler (Second Shift) in Brecksville, OH to manage receiving, storage, and shipment of materials. You will perform packing, labeling, and records upkeep while supporting inventory accuracy and process improvements.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, basic ERP/WMS knowledge, and GED or high-school diploma; onsite environment with opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, push and pull materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Executes daily material handling activities including receiving, inspecting, and storing materials, parts and products.
• Supports inventory management by counting and verifying materials, parts and products, reporting discrepancies.
• Executes daily warehouse operations including picking and packing, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean area.
• Performs a variety of kitting and order functions, and cycle count inventory.
• Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift.
