Job summary

Warehouse Services Inc. is seeking a Material Handler/Inventory Clerk for the second shift in Wilmington, IL. The role involves receiving, inspecting, storing, and shipping material, plus data entry and clerical duties.

A forklift certification or ability to obtain it is required, along with lifting up to 55 lbs. The position offers a $21.25 per hour rate on the second shift, Monday-Thursday from 5pm to 3:30am, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and opportunities to work with the Michelin BLR system

Qualifications

• Proficient with Excel for data entry and tracking.
• Word processing and email communication.
• Strong communication with customers required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store and ship material under supervision.
• Maintain inbound logs, reclists, and BLR system records.
• Create movelists and schedules for inbound/outbound activities.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate shortages or damages.
• Coordinate with carriers and service teams to ensure timely deliveries.
