Job summary

Oatey is seeking a Second Shift Material Handler I at the Las Vegas, NV distribution center. The role involves processing orders, pulling raw materials for production, and maintaining safety and quality standards throughout the shift.

You will operate a forklift, use RF devices for scanning, and handle waste/disposals while ensuring accurate put-away and inventory controls. Prior warehouse experience and a valid forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Forklift operator authorization/certification required.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of hazardous shipping rules and regulations.
  • 1–4 years of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Pull raw material orders for delivery to production work centers and scan with RF device.
  • Return material to raw warehouse and consolidate into bays, scanning on put-away.
  • Follow safety procedures, perform pre-shift safety checks, and wear PPE.
  • Report scrap, damaged product, or quality issues to supervisor immediately.
  • Maintain good working relationships with co-workers and assist as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
