Job summary

Positronic Industries, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate for the raw material warehouse on the second shift (Mon-Fri, 12:00pm-8:30pm). You will unload/load materials, verify docs, and support QA and receiving activities to maintain inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include performing Epicor transfers and counts, coordinating recycling pickups, and assisting with freight claims while upholding safety and quality standards across the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification through Positronic required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required prior to certification.
• May be required to obtain a Class E driver’s license.
• Must pass appropriate testing to advance in the ABC certification program.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load raw materials and verify documentation.
• Provide samples for QA inspection and resolve discrepancies.
• Process Epicor transfers and material issues.
• Manage return-to-stock items and coordinate recycling pickups.
• Perform daily cycle counts and assist with freight claim processing.
• Support inbound receiving and component warehouse teams.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Uphold Positronic’s standards of integrity, quality, and operational excellence.
• Identify hazards in the workplace and report them to management and/or the safety coordinator.
• Collaborate with the EHS department to meet local, state, and federal regulatory requirements, including OSHA, NFPA, DNR, EPA, and Amphenol sustainability practices.
• Work with the Quality department to ensure compliance with AS9100 certification standards.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
