Vast in Long Beach, California, seeks a Manufacturing Coordinator for the Second Shift to support Haven-1 manufacturing. You will coordinate material flow, ensure timely deliveries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep production on schedule.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing, ERP/Smartsheet experience, and a proactive mindset. This full-time, non-exempt role offers evenings/weekend flexibility and comprehensive benefits, including equity and meals on site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• 2+ years of Smartsheet experience.
• Highly detail oriented and self-starter.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends to support milestones.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and monitor flow of tubes, hardware, and fittings through bending, weld, proof, NDE, and QA to maintain schedules.
• Work with technicians, engineers, and supply chain to stage materials and tooling for builds.
• Track work order status and hardware readiness for tube assembly activities.
• Identify and elevate issues impacting production schedules (shortages, tooling, quality holds).
• Maintain accurate build status in internal tracking tools and systems.
• Ensure proper handling, packaging, and documentation of avionics hardware for downstream handoffs.
